At Pinnacle Life, we want the practice of health to be easy and sustainable. We want your best health to be holistic – body and mind. We offer educational courses & consultation including the science behind our recommendations and best practices. Group classes provide an affordable and fun method of learning, by connecting with a community of others with common interests. Many of our courses are organized in short modules, making them easier to attend and the information simple to consume.
We also offer private consultation to further support your path and personalize the approach to best fit you and your family.

Nutrition
Our recommended food pyramid is specifically modeled after the eating habits of the world’s oldest and healthiest populations. Through extensive research, we were able to identify simple dietary habits that statistically result in the lowest occurrence of disease & chronic illness, and the highest rates of longevity and mobility throughout life. It is our intention to teach clients to make informed choices regarding their food, and to ensure they understand how nutrition impacts their health today and all of their tomorrows.

Lifestyle
Like our approach to nutrition, we researched the lifestyle habits of the healthiest populations. The daily habits of communities in the world where many diseases, simply stated, are not even a passing thought. We looked to answer the question – why some people live so long and in these ageless communities what’s the magic to allow so many people over the age of 100 to remain active. Consolidating the commonalities across these communities brings us here to our Pinnacle Life recommended practices.

Ayurveda Health
Thousands of years before modern medicine provided scientific evidence for the mind-body connection, the sages of India developed Ayurveda, which continues to be one of the world’s most sophisticated and effective mind-body health systems. More than a mere system of treating illness, Ayurveda is a science of life (ayus = life, veda = science or knowledge). It offers a rich perspective and practical tools for leading a long, healthy, happy life. At Pinnacle, we teach clients to incorporate this body of wisdom into their modern lifestyle to help them stay vibrant, while realizing their full human potential. Ayurveda Health practices are not an outdated form of health, but simple once understood, to fold into our everyday lives.
