Reiki

Reiki is a healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and promotes overall health and wellness. Practitioners use a technique commonly called hands on healing. Through this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (reiki) to their clients, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

Pinnacle Life offers both Reiki healing treatments and training to prepare new Reiki Practitioners to build their own practice of treating self and others.

Practitioner Training is scheduled periodically for Levels I, II, ART, and Master Teacher.

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga is an ancient practice that provides union in all aspects of health – mind, body, and spirit.  People have been practicing yoga for thousands of years.  It involves physical postures, breath practices, meditation, and philosophical study, as tools to achieve total presence in all aspects of life. 

Pilates is a mind-body type of exercise that improves overall physical and mental health through a system of movements designed to strengthen the core, while simultaneously supporting & stretching the spine and limbs.  Talk about building a body that is prepared to be healthy, stay health, and age well, this is it!

At Pinnacle Life, we offer a variety of styles to fit the unique needs of each client.  Powerful flows and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) styles increase strength and endurance.  Slower practices allow deep exploration of physical alignment and mobility, while connecting body and mind.  Deep stretch and restorative practices allow the body to rest, rejuvenate, and increase flexibility.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation is a journey from activity to silence. It is a technique that allows you to settle into quieter levels of awareness until you experience the pure silence within. In your daily life, you probably spend most of your time in the outer world, busy with your job, family and other activities. Meditation allows you to turn your awareness inwards, let go of all that activity, settle down, and rediscover the silence within.  During meditation, you enter a state of restful alertness. You’re in a state of deep rest, yet your mind is fully alert and awake. In this state of restful alertness, the body experiences many healing effects, including:

  • Decreased heart rate
  • Reduced production of stress hormones, including cortisol and adrenaline
  • More efficient oxygen use by the body
  • Improved immune function
  • Normalized blood pressure
  • Increased production of anti-aging hormones
